Digital Inktober day 18 - Filthy

Where I'm from we have rain - not the one you thought, those little drizzles, no, I'm talking about tropical rain forest kind of rain, the one that goes so heavy and so frequent that it became a custom for most of us to go out with an umbrella even when it seems like a sunny day. And in places like this, it's only natural that kids learned to play outdoor even when it's raining.
